Development Applications Under Review

Zoning applications relate to activities authorized on properties, and are approved/denied by the City Council after review and recommendation from the Planning and Zoning Commission.

Variance Applications

Variances relate to granting exceptions to the requirements of City ordinances.  Zoning variances are considered by the Zoning Board of Adjustment, all other variances are considered by the City Council after review and recommendation by the Planning and Zoning Commission.
