Driver’s license and state and national criminal history information is not available from the Bulverde Police Department because of our teletype agreement with the Texas Department of Public Safety. We can provide you with your criminal history information as it relates only to the City of Bulverde at a cost of $5. The Department of Public Safety in Austin does have this information available. However, you will need to contact them at 512-424-2000.Police

Yes, these services are available for Bulverde residents (must live in the Bulverde City Limits) at City Hall located at 30360 Cougar Bend, on the first and third Wednesday of the month, from 10 a.m. to Noon, at a cost of $30 per card. Citizens are required to bring photo identification. You must check in and pay at City Hall, then go to the Police Department Headquarters located next door at 30263 Heimer Cove.

You may transfer a reservation to a different date or time, at no charge, if it is at least 5 days prior to the event. For cancellations, refunds are subject to a 15% processing fee (and must be done at least 5 days prior to the event). There are no refunds for rain or inclement weather, or if the splash pad is not operating.
