Mission
It is the mission of the Bulverde Police Department to:
  • Be pro-active in crime prevention and to apprehend those who commit offenses against the citizens of Bulverde
  • Create a department philosophy related to training, performance, and community relations that fosters cooperation, understanding, and the achievement of common goals
  • Develop a relationship between the police and citizens based on mutual trust
  • Foster community involvement in developing and implementing police responses to community problems
  • Improve and maintain a high quality of life for the citizens and visitors to the community
  • Make honesty and professionalism the building blocks for delivering effective and efficient services to the community
  • Preserve for all citizens, the rights guaranteed by the U.S. and Texas Constitutions
Be Seated Hotline
Anyone can call the Be Seated Hotline at 210-731-5120 to report a vehicle where the child is not properly restrained. The registered owner will be mailed a card providing information regarding proper child restraint.
