About the Zoning Board of Adjustment
The Zoning Board of Adjustment is comprised of up to 5 members appointed by the City Council. The chairman is elected by the Board.
The Zoning Board of Adjustment has jurisdiction over any variance or special exception cases related to the Zoning Code of the City of Bulverde (Chapter 14 of the Code of Ordinances). The Board meets on an as-needed basis when a variance or special exception request is filed with the Planning & Development Services Department.
