Introducing The City of Bulverde's Citizen Engagement App: "Access Bulverde"
The City's "Access Bulverde" app (powered by SeeClickFix) helps residents reach the City online, or via their smartphone or tablet, to get help fixing issues. Please be advised these services are for non-emergency issues only. You can use this service to report the following types of concerns:
- Abandoned Vehicle
- Animal Control
- Illegal Dumping
- Parks & Playgrounds
- Sidewalk Damage
- Street Sign Issue
- Traffic Signal Issue
- Trash & Recycling
- Trees Blocking Roadways
TO REPORT AN ISSUE:
- Drag the map marker to the location of your issue, or type in the address directly.
- Click Next.
- Choose a Category from the drop-down menu that matches your issue.
- Enter a Title (required), additional Description (optional), and attach an Image (optional).
- Click Submit.

City of Bulverde staff respond to SeeClickFix requests during regular business hours. In the event we receive a report on a holiday, weekend or after-hours, we will read it on the next business day.
PLEASE NOTE: SeeClickFix is not to be used for emergencies. For urgent matters that require immediate attention or a police response, call 9-1-1.
Once you have sent a report, you will receive email communication acknowledging your service request. You can continue to check on the status of the issue online. Once the work is complete or the issue has been resolved, you will be notified by email as well.
