* Notice is hereby given that public hearings have been scheduled to consider an ordinance establishing the zoning for property located at 21735 State Highway 46 West, Bulverde, Texas 78163 as Planned Development District – Lewis Creek Commercial, with a base zoning of C-1 Commercial and additional uses. The public hearings will be held by the Planning & Zoning Commission on Thursday, April 13th, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. and by City Council on Tuesday, May 9th, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. Both hearings will be held at Bulverde City Hall, 30360 Cougar Bend, Bulverde, TX 78163. All interested parties are encouraged to attend. 

* Notice is hereby given that public hearings have been scheduled to consider a request for a Special Use Permit for a proposed Guest House on Lot 492, Oak Village North Unit 3 Subdivision located at 5043 Hawk Eye Drive Bulverde, Texas 78163. The public hearings will be held by the Planning & Zoning Commission on Thursday, April 13th, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. and by City Council on Tuesday, May 9th, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. Both hearings will be held at Bulverde City Hall, 30360 Cougar Bend, Bulverde, TX 78163. * Notice is hereby given that public hearings have been scheduled to consider a change in zoning from C-2 Commercial District to PDD Planned Development District with a base zoning of C-2 Commercial for a proposed Convenience Store with Gasoline Sales and proposed Retail Lease Space located at 32685 US Highway 281 N Bulverde, Texas 78163. The public hearings will be held by the Planning & Zoning Commission on Thursday, April 13th, 2023 at 6:00pm and by City Council on Tuesday, May 9th, 2023 at 6:30pm.
