Pursuant To Texas Government Code § 551.071(2), The City Council Shall Convene In A Closed Session To Conduct A Private Consultation With The City’s Attorney On A Matter In Which The Attorney Has A Duty Of Confidentiality, Namely, Consideration Of A Development Agreement Pertaining To 28.549 Acres Generally Described As A- 88 SUR-764 G BAUER, ACRES 20.0 And A- 88 SUR-764 G BAUER, ACRES 8.549, Owned By Even Bossier LLC, Being Located Generally Southwest Of The Intersection Of State Highway 46 W And Old Boerne Road.
