Consider A Request By Signtek Inc For A Variance To Section 3.08.102(A)(3) Of The City Of Bulverde Code Of Ordinances At 33701 Hwy 281 N.

Consider a request by Texas Regional Bank for a variance to Chapter 17.06.009, related to Tree Removal and Mitigation of the City of Bulverde Code of Ordinances, on 5.92 acres located at 20725 Highway 46.

Discuss and consider selecting a provider of municipal solid waste services from the list of qualified respondents to the City’s Request for Proposals for Solid Waste Services, and authorizing the City Manager to negotiate the terms of a contract with the selected proposer for the provision of municipal solid waste services for the City of Bulverde.

Persons who desire to address the City Council with regard to issues not included on the agenda will be received at this time. Those wishing to speak should complete a comment form and present it to the City Secretary prior to the meeting. Speakers are limited to 3 minutes and should conduct themselves in a civil manner. In accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, the City Council cannot take action on items not listed on the meeting agenda.

EXECUTIVE SESSION

Pursuant to Government Code 551.071, the City Council will meet in closed session to deliberate and consult with the City Attorney regarding contractual matters associated with the agreement between SH-DJL Development, LLC and the City of Bulverde related to Wastewaater Services.
